    Barth Mockups offers you two types of licenses: the Standard License and the Extended License. Here is a quick view!

     

    Standard License

    // Individual agencies with up to 15 users
    // Personal use (without financial gain): unlimited
    // Commercial use: up to 500 sales of the end product, a maximum of 5.000 physical ads, and up to 500.000 digital ad impressions.

     

    Extended License

    // +15 users
    // Personal use (without financial gain): unlimited
    // Commercial use: up to 10.000 sales of the end product, limitless physical and digital advertising

  • Standard License

    Our Standard License grants you a non-exclusive and worldwide license to make use of the product you have purchased from our website. Also, the use of any free product you have downloaded from our website is subject to the Standard License terms. This license is intended to meet the needs of students, freelancers and small businesses. Attribution is not required but who doesn’t love a mention on Instagram? Make your choice.

    If you have any questions about what is or isn’t allowed under our Standard License, please contact us for clarification. Barth Mockups will take legal action if you are found to be using our products against the terms of the Standard License.

  • WHAT YOU CAN DO

    1. Numbers of users (or seats)
      Individuals or companies up to 15 users (or seats).
    2. Personal use
      You are licensed to use our products for an unlimited number of personal projects. “Personal use” means you’re not working for a company or organization and can’t profit financially from these projects.
    3. Commercial use: End Products for sale
      You are licensed to create End Products that may be sold a total of 500 times. If you or your client intend to sell more than 500 units of the End Product, you must get an Extended License.
      An “End Product” is a digital or physical item meant for sale to multiple people. For example, if you buy one of our poster mockups, insert your design and incorporate it (as image file) on your website in order to promote and sell your design to multiple people, that is an “End Product”. If you exceed 500 sales using our mockups to display your design (no matter if it’s one single design or more) you need to purchase an Extended License.
      Using our mockup for a single client’s website doesn’t count as an “End Product” for sale. However, if your client owns an e-commerce and wants to use our mockups to showcase their products or services and sells more than 500 units, your client must get an Extended License.
      There must be a significant difference from End Products and our own original products. They should show that significant effort was made to add new value. This means that the End Product cannot offer the same value as our products, so it cannot be a mockup. Competing with our products is not allowed, and legal action will be taken if these terms are violated.
    4. Commercial use: Advertising
      You are licensed to create up to 5.000 physical advertisements for you or for your client. You are also licensed to create digital advertisements with a total of up to 500.000 impressions for you or for your client.
    5. Commercial use: Social Media
      The license allow to use our content for a total of up to 5 business social media accounts. If you or your client intend to make use of more accounts, you must get an Extended License.

  • WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

    1. Resale, redistribute or sub-licensing
      Our products (including psd files) cannot be resold, redistributed, licensed, or sub-licensed, even if modified or distributed for free.
    2. Identity fraud

      You must not claim to be the original creator of any product you have downloaded from our website (paid or free). Redistributing or selling our products as your own, or including them in a freebie, is prohibited.

  • EXTENDED LICENSE

    Our Extended License grants you a non-exclusive and worldwide license to make use of the product you have purchased from our website. It’s tailored for agencies, medium-sized and large companies. Attribution isn’t required but it’s always appreciated!

    If you have any questions about what is or isn’t allowed under our Extended License, please contact us for clarification. Barth Mockups will take legal action if you are found to be using our products against the terms of the Extended License.

  • WHAT YOU CAN DO

      Companies with more than 15 users (or seats).
    2. Personal use
      You are licensed to use our products for an unlimited number of personal projects.
    3. Commercial use: End Products for sale
      You are licensed to create End Products that may be sold a total of 10.000 times. If you or your client intend to sell more than 10.000 units of the End Product, please contact us for a customized quote.
      An “End Product” is a digital or physical item meant for sale to multiple people. For example, if you buy one of our poster mockups, insert your design and incorporate it (as image file) on your website in order to promote and sell your design to multiple people, that is an “End Product”. If you exceed 12.000 sales using our mockups to display your design (no matter if it’s one single design or more) please contact us for additional rights.
      Using our mockup for a single client’s website doesn’t count as an “End Product” for sale. However, if your client owns an e-commerce and wants to use our mockups to showcase their products or services and sells more than 500 units, your client must get an Extended License.
